The Fishery houses a state of the art oyster purification system, which was installed at the end of 2004. Meeting with CEFAS regulations.

We have also installed a new Canadian designed lobster storage system.

The system passes fresh seawater through a UV filter, purifying the oysters for 42 hours ensuring they are in perfect condition prior to dispatch. This incorporates very high specification filtration and refrigeration units that maintain the lobsters freshly caught condition. We have always focused on sourcing the finest quality shellfish and hope you agree!
