Our plump rock oysters have an amazingly fresh taste of the sea and are grown on the layings in the Pyefleet Creek overlooked by the Fishery building. These waters provide the perfect conditions for the oysters to grow in being rich in plankton and minerals the oysters grow rapidly. They adopt a rich, nutty flavour in our waters and due to the fast growth rate have more decorative shells than other oysters. The oysters are packed in traditional wooden boxes prior to dispatch.
