Dressed lobster is the ultimate in convenient decadence, allowing you to enjoy the finest crustacean the sea has to offer with minimal effort. Our lobsters are cooked in small batches, chilled in our refrigerated water baths to halt the cooking process and to maintain the moisture in the meat. They are then fully dressed; the claws cracked, the meat placed in the shell and the stomach removed. Everything encased in the shell is edible. The dressed lobsters are then vacuum packed as two halves prior to dispatch.
