In an age when much of the food we eat is the subject of controversial methods of rearing and preserving, we are proud to be a company that delivers fresh products without the need for any additives or preservatives. The Fishery is based on Mersea Island, a small island 8 miles south of Colchester, connected to the mainland by a causeway that is covered at springtides. |
At this location overlooking the Pyefleet Creek, surrounded by unspoilt salt marshes and a bird sanctuary we grow, grade and store our shellfish. |
